    Bus Driver / Custodian

    Position Type: Full-Time (12 Month) Employee Reports To: Transportation Supervisor / Custodial Manager

    Position Summary

    Millcreek-West Unity Local Schools is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to serve as a Bus Driver / Custodian. This dual-role position supports student transportation needs while maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained school facilities.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Valid CDL with school bus endorsement (or willingness to obtain).

    • Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and physical examination.

    • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

    • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience as a school bus driver and/or custodian.

    • Knowledge of school transportation and facility operations.

    Work Schedule

    • Split workday schedule between bus route responsibilities and custodial hours.

    • Summer work schedule would be primarily custodial duties.
